Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our furniture! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please find our return policy and process below:

1. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Unused Products: Returned products must be in new, unused condition, and free from any damage or wear.

• Original Packaging: The product must include all original packaging materials, including but not limited to boxes, padding, instruction manuals, etc.

• Proof of Purchase: We require an order confirmation email or purchase receipt as proof for the return.

• Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or specially made-to-order furniture

  • Used or damaged products

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless explicitly stated in the return policy)

  • Clearance or liquidation items

2. Return Time Requirements

• Standard Return Time: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Late Returns: If more than 14 days but less than 30 days have passed, you may still request a return, but additional return fees may apply. The refund amount will also be assessed based on the condition of the item.

• Non-returnable After 30 Days: Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Fees

• Free Returns: If the item has a quality issue (e.g., damage or missing parts), we will provide free returns and a full refund.

• Customer-paid Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Return Shipping Fees: Please ensure that the product remains in good condition during the return process. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the refund amount may be affected or the return may not be accepted.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 7 to 14 business days.

4. Return Process

If you meet the return conditions and wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service representative with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for return.

2. Confirm Return Request: We will confirm your return request and guide you on the next steps.

3. Arrange Return: We will arrange for a suitable logistics company to pick up the item, or provide a return address (for customer-paid returns).

4. Inspect Returned Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

5. Special Notes

• Please ensure the product packaging is intact to facilitate the return process.

• If the returned item shows any signs of damage, scratches, or wear, a full refund will not be issued.

• If the return does not meet the conditions, we will return the item to you and no refund will be provided.
